First, the Story of NAMING Sympathetic Neutralization
What’s very rare in this fast-growing field of Energy Spirituality? For me to not be able to name a discovery.

Soon, I’ll describe this powerful concept. Granted, the technical parts are pretty advanced — so please bear with me. Your intro is coming in three parts. Slow down and read. Then you’ll get it. I just know you will.
Let’s Get Technical. Part 1: What ARE Cords of Attachment?
Removing cords of attachment? Probably all you readers are familiar with that term.
Done well, cutting cords of attachment can jet propel your personal growth and spiritual awakening.
Professionally I’ve been using these skills since 1986. Making my system among the first trademarks of Energy Spirituality: 12 Steps to Cut Cords of Attachment®. Although my application won a trademark in 2008, guess what? So far, it’s still the only trademarked system in America for cutting cords of attachment.
Part 2: What Are Cord Items?
When using the Energy Spirituality method for removing cords of attachment, of course! Of course, the beauty part is the set of “Cord Items.”
During Step 9 of this 12-Step method, you record them. Later, they’re used as a basis for specifying your “Logical Consequences.” Namely, these are the practical results you can anticipate. Simply by virtue of removing that unique cord of attachment… and doing it in a rigorous way.
Part 3: Related to Cord Items, Sympathetic Neutralization Is Something Extra
Finally, the good part! But you had to be prepared in order to appreciate the energy healing yumminess that comes next.
In order to illustrate the newly-named discovery, let’s use this example. Straight from Client Gladys’s freshly cut cord of attachment to her Former Boss Joe:
“I hate having a boss. It always makes me unhappy.”
Obviously, perhaps, it’s really helpful to lose forever this particular Cord Item. Perhaps a logical consequence might be, “Client Gladys, you may find job-hunting easier from now on.”
So where does Sympathetic Neutralization come in?

To sum up so far, Blog-Buddies, each cord of attachment is unique. And it contains its unique sequence of Cord Items. Forever removing that cord of attachment means what? The Cord Item from that particular cord will never cycle again within your subconscious mind and aura. Phew!
But here’s the discovery, now named at last: Let’s suppose that Client Gladys’s aura contains 500 cords of attachment to jobs. Only now she’s down to only 499, ;-). Hooray!
Sympathetic Neutralization means this: Every one of her cords of attachment that contains the exact same item as the one quoted earlier? As a result of how she effectively removed her cord of attachment to Former Boss Joe….
Every other occurrence of having a specific Cord Item like this? “I hate having a boss. It always makes me unhappy.”
All neutralized. Sympathetically!
Due to what has happened with the power of aura healing before. Caused by removing the other identical Cord Item.
Most Noteworthy
No more upset for Gladys of any related Cord Items. Period.
All accomplished quite automatically.
Granted, Sympathetic Neutralization Won’t End All Cord-Related Problems
All the other cord of attachment-related problems will continue for you or me. Just no longer that particular Cord Item. Still, this is a pretty great fringe benefit, isn’t it?
