One of the easiest ways to prevent astral entities from messing with your aura? Avoid any form of psychic healing or intuitive work. Simplest of all? Don’t work with anybody who calls himself a “healer.” S
adly, well intended “energy healers” who do New Age practices? Considerable research, here for instance, has shown that healers tend to have auras distorted by astral involvement. Due to living in the early years of this Awakening and not living anywhere close to the “New Strong.”

Why empower? Because every technique of Energy Spirituality has deliberate sourcing. We actively cocreate with a Divine Being. (In sessions, the Divine Being that the client chooses.) Never cocreating with an astral being.
To empower yourself right now, try this. Read this article about how astral beings are not Divine Beings, and vice versa. Did you know? Many folks don’t know the difference yet. Knowing this can really help to inform your choices from now on.
When you cocreate with a Divine Being, you facilitate the session. God or Jesus or Kwan Yin is the bigger deal, not the human. (Although both are needed to facilitate today’s energy healing.)

As always, nothing flashy happens. (I’m no fan of “The Romance of the Astral.”) However, some clients have noticed a certain soul-stirring beauty. Maybe some of you would like to COMMENT below, actually. I’d appreciate that.
Another key point? Empowerment is a result of this healing for clients. Unfortunately, the same can’t always be said for shamanic and psychological versions of soul retrieval.

Zero Drama
Unless you’ve had a session of Energy Spirituality, you might not know this. But we Energy Spirituality experts don’t do drama.
In this context I think of my client “Joe.” He had done a three-year program in shamanism. As a result, he expected big drama from healing sessions. Like a life-or-death struggle, assisted by astral spirits. Including some very dramatic shamanic healing he’d done for soul retrieval.
IMO, Joe had become addicted to astral drama. After a few sessions, he dropped out of doing the more refined, contemporary approach of Energy Spirituality.

Part of Your Path to Spiritual Enlightenment
After decades of service (and personal spiritual practice), yes, I have become an Enlightenment Coach. And I’ve even helped a modest share of my clients to move into Spiritual Enlightenment. From that perspective, I’ll share this:

Granted, some of you who are reading this article aren’t into this topic. Seeking honest energy healing is plenty for you. And that’s fine. But others of you are into energy healing in part — or mostly — because you’re self-actualizing. In that context, here’s a parting thought from this article.
For years now, the most popular post at my blog has been about assessing consciousness lifestyles. I do research — for free — of public figures. For instance, energy healers nominated by blog readers.
Providing the consumer service of assessing, briefly, if that person is in Enlightenment or what? From that perspective, I’ll tell you. Far as I remember (and correct me if I’m wrong here), do we currently have any shamanic healers on my Spiritual Enlightenment List? Nope.
Nor do we have any psychologists who specialize in soul retrieval updates of shamanic work. Maybe worth considering?
